We welcome bulk billing patients, private patients, students with health insurance, Workcover patients, CTP patients and more!

Appointments

Our practices run on an appointment system, however we aim to have "on the day" appointments available for our busier days as well as walk in appointments for patients who require a doctor at short notice. Urgent appointments and emergencies will always be allocated to our practice nurse for triage and will be seen by a doctor. 

Telephone access

Our administrative and nursing staff may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If it is a medical enquiry, and the nurse is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that the nurse will return your call. Doctors do not take general calls, and will only return a call if medically necessary, or if they have requested you to call and follow up on something relating to your immediate health care. All urgent calls will be put through to the practice nurse. Your call will always be put through to the doctor in an emergency.

Email Communication

Our emails are not monitored regularly and should not be used in the case of an Emergency. Clinical information is not shared via email unless patient consent has been provided. All emails are read by reception distributed to the correct member of staff such as your doctor, the practice nurse or management.

Recalls

To protect your privacy, no results are given over the phone. You will be notified by your doctor if your results need urgent attention.

Reminder System

Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included in our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. We also participate in state/territory reminder systems. If not do not wish to be part of these systems please let your doctor or receptionists know.

Home Visits

These are available upon request by your regular GP if appropriate and deemed medically necessary.

Your rights, Complaints and Suggestions

We encourage all patients to leave feedback for us regarding your visit and endeavour to improve our services using this feedback. If you have any complaints or suggestions we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write in our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously. However, if you wish to take the matter further and feel that you need to discuss the matter outside the surgery contact the Healthcare Complaints Commission, details over the page.

Medical Centres

Located inside Bankstown Central Shopping Centre on the ground floor, on the Lincraft Side.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. We offer appointments and walk ins, and Bulk Billing is available to some patients. We are a mixed billing practice which means a private consult fee is charged at the time of your appointment with an exception to pensioners, concession card holders and children under 16 years. 

We are open 5 days a week and offer bulk-billing with the ability to accept appointments and walk ins.

Located close to Wynyard Train Station and with entry via Priceline Pharmacy. For wheelchair access, please enter the doors on your left and take the elevator in the main foyer down to the lower ground. 

We are open 7 days a week and offer bulk-billing with the ability to accept appointments and walk ins. Private fees are applicable on the weekends. 

Located inside Kiama Central Shopping Centre.

We are open 6 days a week and offer bulk-billing with the ability to accept appointments and walk ins.

Located in the heart of Panania, across the road from the Library.

Parking in located at the rear of the practice.

Located inside Westfield Penrith Plaza, on the fresh food side, next to Blooms.

We are open 5 days a week and offer bulk-billing with the ability to accept appointments and walk ins.

Located on the corner of Martin Place & Pitt Street, inside CBD Pharmacies.

We are open 6 days a week and run off an appointment schedule. Walk in patients will be accepted in cases of Emergencies. 

Located on the corner of the Pacific Highway and Herbert Street, just around the corner from St Leonards Train Station.
