Dr Baharan (Beth) Majidi

Background: Dr Baharan (Beth) Majidi received her M.D in Iran in 2011 and started to practice as a GP. She moved to Australia in 2014 and started working in MedClinic Kiama in 2015. She enjoys general practice because of the patient interaction in the variety of medical fields and help them with their health concerns while establishing a warm doctor-patient relationship.

Clinical/Special Interests: She has a particular interest in mental health, women's health, skin cancer screening and chronic disease management.

Personal Interests: She is interested in pets, adventure, traveling, watching movies, cooking new dishes and doing volunteer work.

Dr Jonathan Bala
General Practitioner

Background: Dr Jonathan received his MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 2005. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Family Medical with the College of Family Physicians Singapore in 2014. He moved over to Australia with his young family in 2015 and started working in MedClinic Kiama in 2016. He enjoys general practice as it allows him to build a relationship with his patients and work together in managing their healthcare needs.

Clinical/Special Interests: He enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in chronic disease management and managing musculoskeletal and skin conditions.

Personal Interests: He loves spending time with his family, especially playing soccer with his 2 young sons. He also enjoys going to the gym, watching movies and cooking.

Dr Linda Moore
General Practitioner

Background: Dr Moore attained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2015. She graduated from Sydney University in 2009 and completed internship and residency at the St George Hospital in Kogarah. Her general practice training was completed in the South West and Inner West of Sydney.

Clinical/Special Interests: Dr Moore enjoys the variety and breadth of general practice. Her interests include women's health, paediatrics, mental health and dermatology. She has recently completed her certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine.

Personal Interests: As a other of two children, she enjoys her family time. She also enjoys the beach, catching up with friends and reading.

Olga is genuinely passionate about contributing to her clients quality of life. She is experienced at providing support and treatment for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief and bereavement, work related issues, pain management and adjustment to injury.

Olga's approach is client centred utilising evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness strategies. Olga is also WorkCover accredited and can speak fluent Macedonian. Olga enjoys contributing to people in her personal life and has been involved with various charities over the years.

Rachel Addison
Mental Health Social Worker

Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of North Carolina. Rachel then completed a Masters of Social Work with both Clinical and Social Action specialisations. Rachel also became a Registered Yoga Instructor following her course at Joschi Yoga Institute in New York City.

She has had the privilege of providing clinical counselling services to people of all ages and various backgrounds in the United States, Chile, and Australia. Rachel speaks Spanish fluently as a second language. Rachel's experience as a social worker includes over 10 years providing mental health therapy as well as circumstantial life stressors and transitions such as relationship issues, grief & loss, trauma, medical diagnoses, family-related stressors, among others.

Rachel's commitment to fostering wellness in others shows through compassionate care, evidenced-based practice and an emphasis n holistic, strengths-based, client centred treatment. She utilises an intervention, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy, narrative therapy and family systems therapy among other modalities.
