MedClinic Crows Nest was opened in 2014 with a vision to create a medical practice that provided high quality and holistic care to the local community.

From the early days, Dr Irina Al Muderis and Dr Amanda Wijeratne have been committed to providing evidence-based, personalised care to their patients and striving for excellence in General Practice.

Since its inception, the practice has grown significantly. It now has a wonderful medical team supported by its caring administration team. We have relocated just down the road to our original site, becoming MedClinic St Leonards. In 2019, Dr Deepika Malhotra, a well-established St. Leonards GP, joined us at our new premises. We have since welcomed Dr Hiba Gundru and Dr Stephanos Eliades also.

Together, the practice shares a common philosophy – to treat patients with respect, provide optimal care and strive for growth and ongoing self-development.

Our doctors are committed to future medical training. Medclinic St Leonards was accredited by GP Synergy in 2016 to provide training to GP Registrars and has done so since. We also regularly host and teach medical students from the Universities of NSW and Western Sydney.

Our practice is fully accredited with AGPAL 5th Edition Standards, and we are committed to quality group improvement.

We are open from Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Fees

MedClinic St. Leonards is a mixed billing practice. All patients 16 and under will be bulk billed, and all Pension and HCC holders will also be bulk billed. Please see below for a list of our fees and rebates:

Level A - $35. Rebate $17.90 consultation less than 5 minutes.
Level B - $80. Rebate $39.10 standard consultation - one issue up to 20 minutes.
Level C- $140. Rebate $75.75 long consultation – multiple issues or longer than 15 minutes.
Level D - $150. Rebate $111.50 extended consultation – multiple issues or 30 minutes.

Implanon Insertion - $160. Rebate $70.60
Implanon Removal - $183. Rebtate $92.85
Iron Infusion - $130. Rebate $39.10
Mental Health Treatment Plan - $120. Rebate $94.75
Antiwrinkle Treatment - $7 per unit.
Skin Excision/Minor Surgery – To be quoted after your consultation.
Cryotherapy – To be quoted after your consultation.
